While many companies have turned to fillers and preservatives, we use the ingredients that are clean and natural. Also, we use corn flour instead of wheat flour. And, again, this single product is so versatile!

Our products are blended/mixed and packaged in house. The spices are blended by hand and dumped into a mixer that contains cornmeal and corn flour. We run a semi-automatic line that requires one person to manually put the bag on the filler machine and push a pedal that drops the product into the bag. It's then put on a conveyor belt where it runs through a bread tie sealer unit and continues on to be packaged.
